A Silent Sleeper

So sitting in bed, phone rings, sister in Africa on the other end in near tears of angst and anguish, dusters have broken in while they were sleeping, 1:00 a.m., steal her pursue, after they scale a 10 foot barb wire wall and crawl through a window, balls, escape out window before my sister or Parks realize anything, future African inmates go next door to a McD's, riffle through purse, leave behind interac and Visa, make off with cash, digital cam, and sunglasses (jokes on them they ain't really Louie V). Welcome to Africa.

Anyways, now I feel sick as I am sure they will not sleep a wink for the next 6 months. I can't sleep so I blog...

Story reminds me of a line from Day N Night "A silent sleeper, you won’t hear a peep, peep." So I check on the Kid.

Turns out the Kid made a surprise unplanned performance at the Louis Vuitton x Stephen Sprouse Celebration at the Bowery Hotel Friday night.

"THIS CROWD DEF WASNT MY NORMAL AUDIENCE BUT I BODIED IT, I HAD A POINT TO PROVE….THOSE PRISSY SNOBBY RICH FOLKS WAS LOOKIN AT ME LIKE I WAS LESS THAN SPIT TIL I DAY N NITED THE SHIT OUT OF THEY ASS LOL YEAAA".

And if that isn't excitement enough. Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi) just got picked up by HBO to film a pilot episode for "How to Make it in America". Cudi went through three rounds of auditions and had a character written in after producers thought he would be a great asset to the show. So you are thinking that's cool I guess. So was I until I found out that the shows producers are Rob Weiss (Entourage), Stephen Levinson (Entourage), and Mark Wahlberg (Entourage). Sick. The pilot is written by an up and comer, Ian Edelman. The show will star Bryan Greenberg (Prime, October Road), Victor Rasuk (Raising Victor Vargas, Lords of Dogtown), Eddie Kaye Thomas (American Pie, Harold and Kumar) and Shannyn Sossamon (A Knights Tale, 40 Days and 40 Nights).
