Stussy continues its Canadian adventure with a soon to be store in Calgary, Alberta. The store will join the Flagship stores in Toronto and Vancouver. The store will join Matt George's United Front arsenal of retail stores including Stussy Toronto/Vancouver, Goodfoot and Ransom. The store is set to open in March 2009.
I expect that we will see a few more retail locations pop-up in the upcoming months from Stussy, The Hundreds, and Supreme (maybe not in Canada).
I think Stussy and Matt George are saying a lot by opening a Stussy location in the Prairie provinces. Hopefully this is the start of a trend that will see shops like this opening in Winnipeg.
